Error 500: internal server error & Wordpress

Hi,

I've just uploaded and installed Wordpress and I've got the 500 Server Error for more than 2 hours. (My account seems to have beeen activated today because I wasn't able to connect before).
So how can I solve this issue because I don't see what's wrong ...
