Error 500

Up until about 5 minutes ago, my site (http://ctec126.kbjrweb.com) worked fine, but now every page on that site won't work; i just get a 500 Internal Server Error. Just before the problem, i was changing the setting on the cPanel Index Manager. now my site is broken. please help and thanks in advance.
