Error 503 and Service Not Available

Hi! I am currently experiencing issues with my domain http://www.bridalhairtoronto.com which is hosted by X10 hosting.

I was trying to work out an issue with my contact form page ( I was not receiving any emails sent via my site) when suddenly I could no longer either access my Wordpress admin dashboard log in page OR even pull up my website when looking it up in the search engine.

Unfortunately I receive two messages: when trying to access my WP Admin page " Error 503 Backend fetch failed" Guru Meditation, Wheb trying to find my site via search engine: "Service Unavailable".

Could anyone let me know what has happened and how I can have both my WP Admin and website itself up and running again?

Exact same problem with my site, x10hosting's cache server is broken I guess.
Let's wait for staff to respond, it was fine until about 2pm GMT.
