Error 503 at parked domain

my co.cc is hosted at x10hosting and my domain co.in is parked here.
but co.cc is working while co.in is showing 503 error.
what should i do??

www.indiaprofessionals.co.cc loads fine
www.indiaprofessionals.co.in is 301 redirected to the co.cc and does not throw a 503 error when I go to the site.
