Error 552, Disc full - what to do, how long to wait?

Hello, I noticed that I get the 552Error when I try to upload a file to my Server (Disc full) I don't know if it was the whole time but if it was, I get that Error for 2weeks now. I would like to know what I can do or how long I have to wait until it is fixed.

I created yesterday a same thread but it was deleted without any information or reason, why?
