error 552 disk full, ftp allocation exceeded

Hello,

When trying to update my site today, I received the 552 disk full error, ftp allocation limit exceeded.

I'm wondering if this is just with my account or whether it's the result of the upgrades or heavy load on the servers.

I've checked to see that I have in no way exceeded my storage limit. I use all of 16mb of my 1024mb limit.

I also checked the forums for service alerts.

If you are using lotus.x10hosting.com as your host address for FTP, try using your domain name instead.

My ftp's already setup that way, but thank you for the advice. The ftp seems to be working now, though it and my account generally seem much slower since the upgrades.

There is still a lot of work in progress in the backend, this is why errors like these or speed downs can occur, but they should never be permanent.
