I found a previous post with same issue -
reply was "Reported to staff. It will fix soon."

Can I get this reported so I can update website??

I have NOT reached my limited, which I assume to be 2 GB,
only using 20 megabytes maybe, a far cry from 2 GB

server domain name = trueinnerbeing.x10host.

You just reported it. And the message means that the shared disk space used by all of the users on your server is nearly full, it's not related to your individual account. Uploading and other cPanel operations are stopped when the disk is nearly full to prevent file corruption/damage. Admins will need to free up some space (or provision more space if not enough can be freed up); that usually takes a little while. Please be patient in the meantime.
