Error 553 - Disk Full - please upload later

Hey guys,
Here are my account details:
Primary Domain:http://musoc.exofire.net

cPanel URL:http://musoc.exofire.net:2082

Hosting Type:Ad-Enhanced

I have been having the subject error message above for 3 days now.

I've only used:
Disk-Space Used: 34.6% / 346 MB of 1000 Megabytes

Please help - this is driving me crazy :)
Also 'Exim' is always going on and offline. I am seriously considering upgrading from Stolli server to another with Ad-Banner server - if this will help my problems? I know we're in the process of moving servers, but will this probably be a better long term solution in order to keep all the students who use the page happy? (HTTP is often offline as well -- students complain at least 5 times a week to my email that the site is offline or broken again - and only 15 of them use it)

We are no longer going to have specific ad enhanced servers, we are putting all the accounts on the same servers. We are aware of Stoli's hard drive being full, the new servers will have larger hard drives. They are currently being set up as we speak. I'd recommend you just wait this out until the new servers are up and ready.
