Error accessing database

I am getting this error while trying to access the phpmyadmin

1129 - Host 'lotus.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'

In the MySQL databases alos i am not able to see any of my databases.

Please help.
