Error Adding Addon Domain

Hi there, I get the following error whil trying to add an addon domain to my account:

Error from park wrapper: theflattleys.co.uk is owned by another user.

I am the domain owner. I believe I may have had another x10hosting account. How do I get it freed so I can add it to this account?

I am really disappointed in X10. This is an extremely important service request and it's just being ignored. I was gonna recommend x10 to friends but will not now. This is terrible service. Yes I know it's free, but you are answering everybody elses queries and not mine
