How about my account has problems, I think it was purged but I did not receive the suspension notice and I get the following message: Apache is functioning normally

I'm not sure why this is in the "Review My Site" forum. This should be in "Free Hosting Support"

Your last login was in December and the inactivity period is 30 days.

Please be advised that your account was correctly deleted because it was suspended for inactivity after 30 days and then not re-activated. E-mail was not sent out about this occurrence, so as a courtesy your account will be restored this one time only. You must log in every 30 days when using x10Hosting free (but the other services do not have this restriction).

@Anna can you please see if this account is eligible for restoration for this one-time exception?

We actually purged accounts where there was no login made in the past 60 days (the requirement as per ToS is to login once every 30 days).

Your account should now be sorted, please let me know if you find anything that isn't working properly.
