I am trying to change my domain to the one I have paid for... This is getting really frusterating seeing as I already posted this over a week ago and they said it would work within a day or two. I paid for a domain and I havn't even been able to use it...


This is what it says when I try and park it
There was a problem creating the parked domain. Show Details

Error from park wrapper: badkarmagaming.com is already configured.

I had the domain and then I changed it back to the x10hosting one for a few seconds to test something and then ever since then it has not worked Please help me

Buump I need someone to help me

Did you used the domain previously on some account or as addon domain or something. Then you have to remove that first then try again.

Still problem persists post back we will escalate to staff.

Yes I already added it but took it off because I needed to test something and then now when I try and add it again it wont let me
