I see my question has been escalated. More info:
I bought my domain from godaddy.com.
My name servers are set to NS1.X10HOSTING.COM NS2.X10HOSTING.COM
My domains are not parked or add ons domains.

The domain you are trying to register is already configured in the DNS servers. Since you say that you didn't try to register it before, I will escalate your thread.
