Error Code: C085843B when changing my primary domain

Hi,

Over 2 days ago I tried to change my primary domain from "shervinemami.co.cc" to "shervinemami.info" but it gave me an error message:

A change to your hosting account's primary domain.
result
A system error occurred while processing this action.

Error Code: C085843B


(I hadn't set the registrar for shervinemami.info to point to x10 yet but now "shervinemami.info" does use ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2 as the name servers).

Hello,

If you hadn't set the name servers before making the change, I suggest you initiate the process again after making the change to the nameservers. It can be quite fussy.

Thanks, I just verified with a WHOIS server that my name servers are pointing at x10 and they are, and I just tried changing the main domain to shervinemami.info again. Hopefully it will start working this time

Hi, its been 9 days now and still not fixed! Can someone look into the error? Should I try again?
