Error Code DEADBEEF

I was just about to respond to the escalated support ticket mailed to me when that error occurred on the login page. I googled it too and the support thread shown in the results led to a dead link/nonexistent thread on x10hosting. Help please?

Same thing happened to me, I think there's something wrong with their login servers. Looks like a lot of people are having the same problem.

Just the x10 login page is having the issue.
The CPanels just work perfectly.
