I would like to request a review and unblock of my account.

I have not logged into my x10Hosting account for a very long time, and recently I tried accessing it again because I want to recover my old website files and project data.

I was surprised to receive a "Multiple Accounts" error. As far as I remember, I only used x10Hosting for personal and school projects, and I am not aware of any other account that may be linked to me.

Depending on how long it is likely your service alongside files have already been long terminated. Going to your domain, it would already appear termination has occurred for inactivity.
