You should have received a page that stated the reason for this error. You have multi accounts which is not allowed on our services. Please let us know which account you wish to keep.

you must sign in at least once every 30 days.
failure to log in will result in suspension.

if you dont respond to the suspension notice within 30 days then account is deleted automatically.
so you have 60 days total before the account is deleted.
