Error code E15E8ED8DA993799D in login

Hi,

I have been using x10 hosting for few years now. However after recent upgrade, I am unable open my website kohliabhi.in and trying to access dashboard gives me following error:

Error code E15E8ED8DA993799D. Please go to the support forum for assistance.

This is after password reset. Can someone help me out here ? Has older users been kicked out from service ?

There is no hosting account attached to the forum account you are currently using.

The error code is due to you being in a country we currently do not provide free hosting for, as an existing user we will of course make an exception to this, but to do so I need to know what account is yours.

I need the domain or your DirectAdmin username for the account to look it up.

Thanks for the quick reply. My domain is kohliabhi.in which has been on x10 for maybe 8-10 years. My login name earlier was abhi23m but now I need to use my email abhi23 @ live.in
