I have successfully reset my password, but when logging on using the new password, I receive the error:

Error code E1DCE6C5FC0935474. Please go to the support forum for assistance.

you can reset forum password then tri to login Cpanel password

If you use discord you need to report the error there . you will get it fixed faster that way

Your IP address is owned by an Amazon AWS service and is not allowed to be used for logging in

Aha! I've started using a VPN, which apparently is what caused my IP to appear as AWS. Turning off the vpn let me log in without the error code. Thanks!
