Same as other users here, I get the error E2DFFF3A0A7274266 when trying to log in through https://x10hosting.com/panel, however I can log in just fine using https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222. I hope logging in through x12 counts as inactivity reset, otherwise would appreciate your help in resolving the aforementioned error.

As the email states you must login to our panel for us to track this.

You should now be able to use our system without any errors.

using the https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222 does not count as a login.
that is only used to access the server where your files are.

you need to use the correct link, https://x10hosting.com/login
in order for your login to count.
