Hello Everyone,

I just resetted my password but am getting this error message when
I logged in.

What can I do? Any admins here can help me out?

This error tells me your tryed a password to many times to the point your no longer able to login to your account . A admin will fix this for you

Admin’s request that you not tag them. Yes for faster service you can go to our discord server as well. However they do monitor the system here from time to time

Thanks micahel, after some time they did fix it for me and I was able to login now. However I am getting this error message trying to access my
control panel:

Your IP is blacklisted
http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=306

The URL for the page with the error is https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN

I know ive tried JUST logging in so many times, which was the problem in the first place. What are my next steps to resolve this?

With the ip being blocked the admin will have to unblock it for you

Your IP has been removed and you should be able to access the service again.
