error creating a free host

hi

the situation is:

When I registered first time it tells me the registration fail.. but when I tried to preregister it told me that my email is been used for registration... so I logged in with my email and password ... it tells me to confirm my account and I asked to resend confirmation code ... so it did and got into my account when I clicked the hosting tab it tells me no hosting but I can sign for one so I clicked on signing for a host... after that it keeps telling me that I'm using proxy or retring too many times ... so please tell me what to do???

Did you get to the stage of providing a domain name? If so, that would be useful to run some checks with-your cPanel username would also help if you remember it. It's the first thing you chose on the homepage. 8 characters or less.
