Error creating a hosting account

I have tried more than once to create an account for hosting and I keep getting the fatal error. What can I do to get it to work?

Just in case the error is not ERRF47025, could you copy and paste the error here to make sure?

Thisif you error was "ERRF47025", now it was solved, please try to sing-up again, you should not get that error anymore.
