error - disabled for security reasons

Hi,

I am being shown the following messages:

Warning: set_time_limit() has been disabled for security reasons in /****/******/public_html/admin/********/*********/general.php on line 737

Warning: File uploads are disabled in the php.ini configuration file.

I have never seen either of these messages before, the site was fine yesterday and then today these.

I see other people are getting similar sorts of messages, so is this related to the updates????
