Error ERRF47025 When Confirming Account

Ok so I'm new to all this hosting stuff, I've made a .co.cc domain and TRIED to make an account, got to the end of the registration and now twice has this error (ERRF47025) shown up meaning I have to start again
Any suggestions or help?

It does appear as you have a pending account.

If you send me an e-mail at anna@x10hosting.com from the e-mail you used to sign up with I'll manually verify your account. Please include your cPanel name and preferably a link to this thread (makes it easier for me to find your account)
