Error establishing a database connection/500 Internal Server Error

Been having this problem on front and back end for 2 days now, passwords/usernames are correct. My site is www.jakevdvf.com
Couldn't see that the server is down, what else would explain this? I'm lost, please help

It's happening on the free server. others have been reporting it and you can view their posts on free forum section. So, it's not just you.
