Error establishing a database connection... for a few weeks now!

Can anyone tell me when the site will be working perfectly!? Mine's been off since those updates and issues. And I've read many sites are working already but mine's stuck with this message "Error establishing a database connection".

Do I have to open a support ticket?

Hello,

Make sure that your scripts are trying to access the database at localhost and not some other server. If they are, then try deleting and re-adding your database users. If that still does not work, try adding "int.stoli.x10hosting.com" to your access hosts in the cPanel Remote MySQL dialog.

If neither of those three methods work to fix your error, please post a reply so that a staff member can look at what's wrong.

Thanks for your quick response. I did what you told me and worked perfectly, but also I changed my password because I couldn't log into my cpanel/webmail with my old one. Now the site is running well.
