Error establishing a database connection

Hello
I feel bad to "claim" because I know that they are providing free hosting and not everything is perfect.
Sometimes my sites will fail to connect your database but after 1 hour is fine. Right now when I try to see the site (Error Establishing a database connection) knowing that all is well in my part as I can solve this problem that has lasted a few hours?
