Error establishing a database connection

When I try to view my site, all I get is:
Error establishing a database connection

It's a wordpress page.

make sure you are using localhost as your DB_HOST in wp-config.php file

define('DB_HOST', 'localhost');

No, it is correct.

see http://status.x10hosting.com it might be related to server upgrade. it will resolve soon
