Error establishing a database connection

Hi,
My Wordpress installation won't connect to the DB server.
I've check the DB using cPanel's PHPMyAdmin, and everything's seems to be fine.
But there's something's strange with my DB's size.
According to cPanel, my DB's size is 0.00 MB.

Is there anything I should do to correct this situation?
Or should I wait for another hour?
