Error establishing a database connection

My hosting account was suspended for user transferred to another server. Now it is Unsuspended. But the problem is i can't login to my cPanel and my site is not showing. My site url is http://alldownload.pcriot.com it shows " Error establishing a database connection ".

Please help me to solve the problem.. Waiting to hear back...

Just relink the database and user with full permissions.

but i can't login to my cpanel. also when i checked ftp then i don't find my site files. everything is gone.
