Error establishing a database connection

Hello. When trying to acces my website, theroyalfamily.x10.mx, i get an error "Error establishing a database connection". In cPanel i cannot add anything to remote sql, although it says that it does add to list. When i check the remote sql...nothing is on the list. Please help

yeah...just checked...no more database so/// i think some updates screwed up my mysql...i kknow its a free hosting...but...yer not gonna keep customers with these services ...thank you x10 hosting....didnt even had a backup
