Error establishing a database connection

Hello. For a few fays I can't login to admin-panel of my site. (http://alpinistory.x10.mx) A part of information on site is dead now. But the earlier one is OK. I didn't do anything & couldn't crash it... Please, help! How can I repair it?

Yes, I'm on the boru. I made all steps, but there is no changes in my situation.
And there (part 1, step 4) was no database user. I created another one (with the same username and password) and follow next steps. It takes no effect
I'm still need a help.

After this have entered phpMyAdmin and saw "phpMyAdmin - error
#1130 - Host 'int.boru.x10hosting.com' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server" there. And this despite the fact that int.boru.x10hosting.com already added in the previous process. What can this mean?
