Error establishing a database connection

I have been experiencing this error after the recent server upgrades. I verified that int.boru.x10hosting.com was in MySQL Remote. I also deleted and recreated the MySQL user accounts. It also looks like all of the settings in the wp-config file are correct too. Any help would be appreciated.

When you say that the settings in the config file are correct, does this mean that the mysql host is set to localhost?
