Error establishing a database connection

This is the message I get on my website after I unsuspended my account.

How I fix it?

Go to cPanel

1. PHPMyAdmin and make sure the databases are there
2. Remote MySQL and make sure Remote Hosts lists look like

10.33.248.%
10.33.249.2
192.168.1.%
int.chopin.x10hosting.com
int.mysql.x10hosting.com

3. MySQL Databases and delete the database user and then recreate with same password (check your script's config/settings file) and reattach to database with ALL PRIVILEGES box checked.

How I fix it?

I currently see an Under Construction page. Are you using "localhost" as the server and have you verified your Username and Password are correct?
