I am experiencing the same. I cannot eve login to the portal, and I am prime member, I signed up only a few days ago

Boru problem. They say you should create a support ticket and they will fix it.

The same problem here. I get this error message:
Could not connect: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)
