Well, check your code! And check if you can access your database from the CPanel

It shows following error while loggin to
[h=1]Welcome to phpMyAdmin[/h]

#1045 Cannot log in to the MySQL server

Can you post a screenshot?

If it's a WordPress site, make sure everything is exactly right in wp-config file. You'd also see this error is the SQL server was having issues.

Created new database user and edited the config file with update.
