Error establishing a database connection

My site has been working fine, and now all of a sudden it keeps throwing out this error.
I changed localhost in wp-config.php to mysql.x10hosting.com as directed in another thread but that didn't fix it so I switched it back to localhost.
The url is printdat.com and it forwards to http://printdat.pcriot.com/wp/?cat=14

I 'see' your domain [ printdat.com ] as being on server [ Vox ]

x10hosting free-hosting server [ Vox ] is having issues right now with MySQL and FTP

I'm still getting the same error but people are saying it's fixed?

with a PHP script - I connected to x10hosting's server Vox - connected to database - and received info from a table

Oh I fixed it. I thought I changed something back in wp-config.php but I actually didn't save it. Yay, works now.
