Error establishing a database connection

First it starting with my site being blank and not being able to log into the servers. Now my site says "
Error establishing a database connection" and I still cannot log into the server. I get an Error message where the Stand-by is when loading.

I'm getting the same thing. I hope they will fix this soon.

Here is the message I'm getting.

An Error Was Encountered

The Encrypt library requires the Mcrypt extension.
Child failed to make LIVEAPI connection to cPanel.

I can't even get in through FTP. Glad to know days building a site means crap if we're not paying for it.

Hey Lyle I am getting same error on x04 regardless if I use the cpanel button or server directly.

I didn't even know this was a thing. And no, I can't get in through there either.

Finally got to log into my server. Dunno how or what changed.
