Hi, since about a week ago my site has been unable to connect from wherever I try to. Only until about two days ago, I was able to connect, but somehow it keeps showing up with an error of "Error establishing a database connection". and on the Admin login page (wordpress) it says

"Error establishing a database connection
This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can't contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host's database server is down.

Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
Are you sure that the database server is running?
If you're unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host. If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress Support Forums."

What seems to be the problem here? Would really appreciate to have a reply/help ASAP. Thanks.

Try this:
Go to cPanel and click on Remote MySQL
Add 'int.fris.x10hosting.com' to the allowed list (without quotes)
Then try loading your database pages again.

This works and you should probably host this at the updates on the frontpage because most of the users have this problem

There was a sticky with this information, but someone took it down.
