Error FormMail-Clone

I uploaded my files and its loading my pages but when I try to fill and send my assessment form page it gives me this error message:
Error FormMail-Clone The system administrator has disabled this script.

Would you please help me in this regard by email at immigrationcanada@rogers.com.

What type of script you are using??
