Hello,

I am getting the following error while trying to add a parked domain:
Error from park wrapper: eyewire.ca is already configured.

The error means that you or someone else has already setup that domain in our system.

The domain is mine. I set it as primary domain under my account and then when I realized that I could use both domains (mine and xxx.x10hosting.com) I configured the account to use eyewire.x10hosting.com as the primary domain again, but since that change I can not add it as a parked domain.

Is there a cache of sort that can be cleared? I looked up the issue and it looks like cPanel is to blame. Please take a look at these: http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&s...ogle+Search&meta=&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai=

This seems to be a common error at the moment. Basically, something is going askew between what cPanel and the account panel think they are doing and what is actually being done. All domain name changes don't seem to remove the old one and that is why it still thinks it is there. Essentially, something is seriously wrong with the domain name system here.

Is this fixable? I can not set this domain as primary account domain either. I can't use the service if I can not use my domain...

I believe the admins are aware of it, at least I hope so. I guess they are still busy with a lot of other things too at the moment.
