I tried parking my domain ianspringham.co.uk and received this message:

There was a problem creating the parked domain.

Error from park wrapper: ianspringham.co.uk is owned by another user.

To clarify, my previous account at ianvs777.x10hosting.com was terminated for complaint of spamming, so I registered a new account pointing to
ianvs777.pcriot.com and am still unable to re-park my domain ianspringham.co.uk receiving the following error message:

Adding Parked Domain
There was a problem creating the parked domain.
Show Details
Error from park wrapper: ianspringham.co.uk is owned by another user.

Any help in untangling my domain from my old account would be gratefully appreciated.

Since this is an issue with DNS and it can't be solved by account managers, I'll bump this to Level Two Support. Your zone file and entry hasn't been removed right, so an administrator will need to manually fix it.
