Error Help?: JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file

Hey guys, I just installed a fresh new Joomla onto my site today and whenever I click on a new page in the control panel, this error would occasionally pop up:
JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file

Do you guys know what's wrong?

Thanks, but that's for installing PhocaGallery.
