Error in database connection

I can log in to my cpanel and I can access my SQL database from there. I even checked my database and everything came out ok. But when I connect to my site I get an error in database connection..

In the config file, is the database set to localhost for the server address? If so, try deleting the database user and then re-add it with all of the permissions.

done that.. but still error in database connection..

It's most likely because of the server moves and upgrades. Keep an eye out for server status updates at http://status.x10hosting.com/.
