error in editing and removing domain name

Hi!
I want to edit directory of my domain name..but there is no option to do so.
When I want to remove my domain so that I can add domain name again with required directory I got this error.

Error from park wrapper: Sorry, you do not control the domain studytemple.com

Also I can not add email address with **@studytemple.com because there is no such option.

please help me..

I've moved this to Level Two Support, as I don't believe that I can do anything about it, it looks like some DNS records need to be edited or deleted.
