Fantastico is disabled. It appears to be due to an error in cPanel. You can use Softaculous for the same thing, but with more options.

Yes, The staff aware of it. They are working on it. Just change the .php to .html, Just to work with it. This will be resolved soon. use Softaculous It has more options....
