Error in importing tables

Why when I try to import tables to my database this error occurs:

import.php: Missing parameter: import_type
import.php: Missing parameter: format

help-me, please!

That looks to be a script error, but since /tmp was full try it again. If it gives the same error, it's a problem with either the database backup or the importing script.
