Error KY ID 24178 CREATE HTTP error: 403 when creating a support ticket

Hi.

I am getting an error KY ID 24178 CREATE HTTP error: 403 when creatin a support ticket.

Please can you either fix the support ticket problem so that I can raise the ticket or answer my support query here.

The support ticket I was trying to raise was as follows:



I previously had a domain that became suspended and then deleted because, due to being hospitalized I was unable to login to the forum 1 month. The Forum userid that I used was ilovewhu86.


I created a new domain sportsstreams.x10.mx and it says the username is sports2.


The domain is fine and I am in the process of recreating the code for the web pages I will have. However, when I try and login to the forum using the username sports2 it says "You have entered an invalid username or password."


The password I am entering is definitely correct.


I can still login to the forum with my userid ilovewhu86 without problem


So my question is this. As I can login with the userid ilovewhu86 without any problem will that prevent my domain sportsstreams.x10.mx from becoming suspended?


Or if I must login to the forum under the username sports2 then please can you investigate why I can't login with it.




I guess my preference is to continue to use ilovewhu86 if possible because I have made posts in the forum with that. However, at the end of the day all I am really concerned about is that I can login to the forum to ensure that my domain sportsstreams.x10.mx does not become suspended.

Hi there,

You're right using the username 'sports2' for the hosting panel but please be aware that the inactivity is actually related to logging in to the account portal via http://x10Hosting.com/ , not the forums.

It looks like the hosting account has been linked to THIS forums account anyway, though, so carry on as you are and you'll be fine
