Error linking users

Hello x10Hosting.

When i log in first time to my account, it tells me to link to my forum account.

I type the right name, but it gives this error:

An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.

What is the username of the hosting account you created, and did you sign up for the adenhanced or adfree package?

Its long time ago, so i cant actually remember.

But i think it was adenhanced . My user is Nightcore Both to cPanel and forum.

When was the last time you logged into the forums before this?

If you have not logged into the x10hosting forums for 2 weeks. The account goes into an "Inactivity" suspension.
You the have about 10 days to request that the suspension be lifted. Failing to do so the account automatically gets terminated.
If this is the case you then can use this link http://x10hosting.com/logout and resign up for another account.
